Our newly expanded 35,000 square foot modern facility is surrounded by 16 acres of ground and can easily accommodate any major coating project. The two 24-ton over-head cranes have the capability of handling large scale pieces. One 1250 CFM and two 750 CFM electric clean air compressors, with dryers and coolers, are utilized . A wheelabrator unit, for large production runs, an interior pipe spin blaster and coater, along with other multiple supportive equipment is available, making manipulation of steel of any configuration a snap. A 65’ long x 20’ wide x 18’ high recycle blast room, manufactured by Hoffman is utilized for surface preparation, meeting all OSHA & EPA standards. The construction of our new blast room is currently under way and slated for completion very shortly. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has issued CPMP an operating permit for blasting and painting operations. CPMP has established their place as the number one leader in the coating industry.
